Hastings-on-Hudson, Off of the Saw Mill River Parkway

9:30
am – 12:30 pm

We are planning a major wetland meadow
restoration along the South County Trailway and the Saw Mill River.
Come learn about what is involved in restoring a meadow, see the plan, and
help remove multiflora roses.  Wear
leather gloves, heavy jackets and pants, sturdy shoes (no flip flops)
because of the vicious thorns.  Bring
your own tools if possible.  Children
under age 16 require adult supervision.
Community Service credits available for high school students.
