Ann-Marie Mitroff has worked with Groundwork Yonkers since 2004, and became the Coalition Coordinator in 2005. With her Masters in Public Administration, she has over 30 years experience working in water and energy issues for government and as a private consultant.

Rick Magder established Groundwork Yonkers five years ago and oversees all its programs. Mr. Magder has worked on urban environmental issues for more than 15 years and has been a senior manager in nonprofit organizations for more than a decade. He has held positions with the National Audubon Society, the Regional Plan Association, and the Children’s Health Fund. He launched the Saw Mill River Coalition program at Groundwork Yonkers in 2001.
